Cookie in the Crate is among the best cookies I have eaten, hands down! A lil birdie in the form of the bf had once expressed to me that these were his favorite cookies. Whenever I hear "the best" homage given to anything, I always wear my skeptic hat when I actually try the "thing" in question for myself. Moist and chunky decadence that crumbles into mini morsels of chocolate, oatmeal raisin, or double chocolate chunk in your mouth - wow! So damn good! Of course the best way to wash this down is with an ice cold glass of leche, and if you're lactose intolerant like me, ummm, you'll take your chances! You can also order fudge (also delicious not in a chalky way), fudge sauce, and bundt cakes. I've only ordered Cookie in the Crate online, so I am not sure whether the headquarters is open to the public. Nonetheless, shipping is speedy and the cookies arrive fresh. These cookies are great to send as a gift (I just sent one of my bfs some) or to just order all for your lonesome, which the latter I recommend. Cookie in the Crate is nearly too good to share!
